This is an application for a residential electrical license with the City of Lafayette.

Attachments may be added by clicking on the paper clip icon in the upper left hand corner or by submitting to permits@lafayette.in.gov. Please include all attachments at once. Once you click submit/accept you will not be able to attach any more documents.

Once the application and all required documents are submitted we will begin the review process. We will contact you with further instructions including payment information after your application has been reviewed. Please allow 5-10 business days prior to contacting our office.
