Instructions
We require 1-3 business days for us to process your application. We will contact you if we need additional information. You will received a call or email once your application has been processed.

If your water is off, please contact our office at 765-807-1100 after applying. Thank you for your patience.

**Any past due balances will need to be paid before signing up for service.

Renting/Buying on Contract (Rent-to-Own)
-Complete the Residential Water Application

-Attach rental agreement

-Attch required identification materials: The first ID must be a government-issued photo ID. The second form can be one of the following: Passport, Debit/credit card with the numbers covered, SSN card, work/student ID, insurance card, or gun permit card.

-There will be a $12 application fee and a $20 deposit assessed on the first statement.
